No other conflict markers. Packet `*.korgi` binaries from tests were restored and **not** committed.

## What was wired so the chips actually meet

- **One `assetBytes` authority.** `korgi.film.importWav` original bytes (and scan/generation rasters) are retained on `ProjectHost` the same way cels are. Incomplete audio ingest cannot be saved. `pack` / `openPacked` restore original SHA-256. Studio is a view + transient. Export movie reads `host.committedAssetBytes()` (W5 `importAudio` PCM), not a Studio-only map.
- **One operator seat.** W3 `OperatorPanel` (`data-korgi="operator-dock"`) lives in W4 `StudioRightDock` (`right.operator`) and the phone operator panel. Studio does not also render a bottom chat.
- **TimingSheet import** stays on the desk via `Timeline` in `bottom.xsheet`. Accept list is the W5 matrix (wav/aiff/flac/m4a/mp3), not WAV-only.
- **Export movie** uses W6 `korgi_movie.wasm` of `drawingForEvaluatedFrame` + `renderFrame` + project PCM. Mix decodes through W5 `importAudio` (not parseWav-only). Inactive remix clips are skipped. PCM mux stays labeled Matroska; product is WebM VP9+Opus.
- **`korgi.gen.accept`** still runs hybrid mark validators (`composeHybridApply`) when protecting marks exist.
- Catalog listed = grant. Packet A `tools/list` length 2. Missing `grant.actions` lists **zero** tools. Unbound studio catalog is still the full registry.
- One `ProjectHost`. One evaluator (`evaluate-frame.ts`). No second host, no second evaluator.

Headless walk (`w7-integrate-walk.test.ts`): studio bind → `importWav` 48 kHz fixture → product WebM VP9+Opus. **Engineering only.** Not a GUI click. Not Mitchell importing a Logic song.

No W3/W4/W5/W6 test file was missing after merge. `project-io.test.ts` was not in the W7 command list and was not run. A glob of all `src/**/*.test.ts` is not the W7 gate; do not sum it with this 290.

## What still does not connect

- Live OpenAI Responses HTTP. Missing operator key → HTTP `turn` is 503. Tests use a scripted client.
- Live phone. No real device was driven.
- GUI click walk (file picker, dock Start, Export movie button). Chrome wiring is in source; a human did not click it.
- Unbound studio MCP `tools/list` is still the full registry. Honest catalog is the **bound grant**.
- WebCodecs remains an optional video-only fast path when a job has no Opus packets. With imported audio, the product path is wasm VP9+Opus.
- IndexedDB/OPFS is still a local replica, not the hosted document.
- Linear working-rate resample (W5) and linear PCM mix (export) are not a mastering converter.

- Not Mitchell’s full-song solo MV. Not a Logic song import by Mitchell. The 48 kHz WAV walk is an engineering fixture.
- Not a GUI click. Not a live OpenAI demonstration. Not a live phone.
- Not a release. `main` not fast-forwarded. KORGI Railway not redeployed.
- Dest A2 Higgsfield stills are not approved art. Auto-accept is not creator approval.
- PixelLab $0. No paid still run. `gpt-image-1` is not agentry.
- PCM Packet F is not the product movie. FFmpeg on this host is not a product encoder.
- `cursor/astra-gates-0101` remains the W0 freeze tip. Integrating onto that branch would confuse freeze identity, so it was left.
